"I myself found it very difficult to find a suitable room that was able to supply a more personalised atmosphere for meetings and lectures at a time to suit me. Hotels are inclined to be expensive, noisy, stuffy, too impersonal and with little attention to detail. Sometimes even double-booked ! It is with these particular problems in mind that I decided to design and refurbish one of my barn outbuildings at my eighteenth century farmhouse situated in acres of unspoilt greenbelt. I wanted to be able to provide comfortable tranquil surroundings complemented with modern day technological facilities, tasty home cooked light lunches, afternoon tea, a personal service with undisturbed quietness to encourage a relaxed and informal working atmosphere...."

Conference Facilities
The basic cost to hire the room is £150.00 (plus VAT) for a half day (4 hours) and £220.00 (plus VAT) for a full day (8 hours)
There is an additional charge of £20.00 per hour should your meeting need to be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.
Discount given for block bookings.
Morning / Afternoon Tea or coffee with biscuits is available for £10.00 per pot.
Light lunches (hot or cold) can be pre-booked for £8.00 per head.
All other facilities are available including OHP, TV/Video, White board, Flipchart etc.
Seating suitable for maximum 20 boardroom style and 30 theatre style.
